Hello..it was my 1st Pragnancy. mene urine test krwaya tha and report is positive.1 week bd spotting hui mujhe ..phr Beta HCG krwaya usme 4 weeks ki pregnancy ayi...or bleeding mujhe continuesly horai thi .. ultrasound me b kch show nae hora tha ...phr 1 week bd doctor ne phr Bulaya phr se Beta HCG krwaya tw test rannge me phly 128 kch ara tha phr 1 week bd in krwaya 7 aya..doctor ne kaha Jo tha waste hogaya.. 3 weeks tk mujhe bleeding hui..2 din phly stop hui hai..tw Kya ab me husband se mil skti hun

Yes u can have normal relations with ur husband . Eat healthy and give ur body some time to regain the strength so don’t stress to get pregnant .

wait for 3 months atleast.
take healthy diet..proper sleep.
stay at home till city situation improves.
take folic acid daily.
in next pregnancy once your pregnancy test positive start tab duphastone 10 mg two times daily for one month atleast.
