Aur itna pain kyun hota hai ??

walikum salam it needs detailed history n examination,tests may also be required,ur weight plays important role in irregular cycles anyhow ur main question is about pain which also needs detailed history and usg.if everything is normal then its natural that unmarried girls have small opening of cervix and during menstrual mild dilatation of cervix cause pain.After marriage specially after delivery of baby this cervical opening didn't remain that small so flow is easy n painless.
