Talk to Gynecologist on Menstrual Cycle Issue

I'm 6 month married have period issues diagnose with pcos in ultrasound report so my doctor gave me primelout N for 2 months late period.i get my period on 24 july after than it came on 19 august slight red spot and it continues now with dark brown spot only no propr flow with hell abdominal pain, slight fever & loose motions. I have also used antibiotic for sore throat 7 days before periods start. We are also trying to concieve. Should i go for physical checkup or ultrasound OR it is normal?
