Talk to Gynecologist on Lyprosocopy Cystonymic,

Aslam o alaikum i am married 1year and 2 months, No child, i get my lyprosocopy cystonymic, of 18 march 2021, cyst was with tube and get twisted, nothing else remove expect that cyst , now everything is fine both ovaries are normal, periods kbhi regular hoty hain kbhi irregular but my periods date was 28 feb, and this month i didn't get my periods, can pregnancy possible ( nagitive in home test after missed periods) , what should i do should more wait or get some medicine for periods? we are trying for baby, suggest any medicine for periods jis k sath conceive krny main problem na ho eggs acha bny,
