I am 26 yr old married...i have this swelling/lump in my right armpit.it has increased in size in the recent fewmonths...it hurts on touching and pressing.its mobile..it starts hurting specially before my periods. Should i be worried ..?

I hv c section delivery 5 months ago but after cesarean delivery my belly button is not coming in its natural position it seems as i am still pregnant plz give ur suggestions it looks so ugly.
