salam,
i have read the notes and seen the reports as well.
they are suggesting to review in 6 months and advised that these non cancerous lesions according to the report?
have you seen the breast surgeon?
at times milk can be produced early on before the delivery,
alot of times under the influence of pregnancy hormone, breast can go through various changes.
however if there is no first degree family members female or male with breast cancer then i wont worry way too much.
BIRADS III is an intermediate category in the breast imaging reporting and data system. While it is usually classified as benign or probably benign, a finding placed in this category should have a very high probability of being benign. The risk of malignancy in a BIRADS III lesion is considered at ~0.3-2%.

you need to deliver the baby first and then be seen and reviews for this issue.
wish you all the best.

Dear patient.
the lumps in both breasts are sub centimeter in size and likley due to dilated ducts, these are all pregnancy related changes.
and yes one can have milk production or discharge from breast during pregnancy,
i will adv to stop worrying, carry on with your pregnancy,
if symptoms persists after the delivery then repeat the sonogram by a competant radiologist,
no need to do anything further at present,
regards

dear,
No need to worry, just get yourself assessed once the pregnancy is over.
