My wife is on her 12th week of pregnancy and this will be her 4th C-section. She is facing low platelets issue in the first trimester, although she has a history of low platelets in the third semester. In the last pregnancy, her platelets were 117 in range.
2 weeks before, her platelets were 93 (Manual count) and today her platelets are 81(Manual Count) in range. Please note, she is in her first trimester. All tests including hemoglobin and CBC WBC are in range.

This is Gestational Thrombocytopenia. Platelet count will return to normal after pregnancy.
Meanwhile you have to keep a check on platelet count by doing CBC after every 15 days.
If platelet count is less than 20, then consult a Haematologist.
