Talk to Gynecologist on Letrozole Unable To Conceive

I am married for last 1 year age is 31. Dr prescribed me letrozole and follicle was 21mm on day 13 which was ruptured on cd15 or 16 as scan on 21st October shown. Dr gave me progesterone tabs twice a day. For 14 days and asked to visit her then. Now problem is that i am out of country and on cd29 i had very light pinkish spotting (very very light) it lasted for one day. Is this a problem as i think i can't get my period while taking progesterone, so what is this spotting? My breast is super heavy and painful is this due to progesterone? After how many days should i test?
