I always have periods on 20 every month never late , but this time its been 5 days after my date and still no sign of period i tried pregnancy stirp test(2,3times) that is negative too , can any one please explain it what should i do

Its nomal to be like this once in a while. It happens due to change in weather, diet, weight or stress.
You should wait for another week, repeat your test and then go to your doctor
