Asking for Self, Female, 29 years old, KPK

It's been 17 month to first child birth but my first postpartum periods has not come yet. At 14 month i did my ultrasound which was clear n no pregnancy was found. My son was on ebf till 14 month n now takes both top feed n bf. He do nigh b feeding n 2 times in a day too along with top feed. Is it normal to not come periods till so long. Much worried. Sr prolactine report you have not uploaded right. Rest of the reports suggest Polycystuc ovarian syndrome. however this is not an emergency kinldy consult your dr with these reports after lockdown.

Salam this is due to hormone disturbance that occurs after breastfeeding. Ultrasound report is normal . U should visit ur gynecologist later if u don’t get ur period for hormone tests Thanks
