Talk to Gynecologist on Irregularities In Menstrual Cycle

AoA.I m.a Nikahfied woman..i am here to ask about my periods i am worried about. In august 2018 i conceived n it was unplanned pregnancy due to failure of contraception...so we got medically aborted at 35days of pregnncy n since that i got No periods in october n november...decmber 2018 i had overflow periods but no medications were required.. In janury periods were normal n in february we had meeting with contrcption....after dt i again had no periods in february n march ..i took pregnancy test It was Negative..(urine n blood test both) ..but i kept waitng . Now after 2 months i had periods of just 2 days bleeeding.... i m.facing Periods irregularity..since the meeting started..frst with oral contraception but lately we shfted to barrier method of condom..after abortion in septmber my periods are not regular n are not of normal 5-7 days .. Kindly guide me the next step what i should do ? Any medications ? Or lab testS? Or ulttasound ? Plus i want to know that does stress effct menstu
