Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular Periods / Annovulation
Asking for Self, Female, 40 years old, Karachi
AOA. Im 40+ no kids. I have irregular cycle sometimes longer than 4 months. Recently doc prescribed polygluton and 6 day I got my bleeding. Should I continue taking polygluton for 3 months and should I start clomid with Glucophage? for better regularity and to ovulate?

you should start clomid and glucophage..
You should keep on taking Progyluton.
Add to them Clomid , Glucophage and Myoinisitol.
take progyluton at same time daily,dont miss pill
you can add glucophage
n Clomid from day 2-6

Thank you. How long should I keep taking progyluton?
Should I take Clomid 50mg for 5 days with food? Or should I take stronger than 50mg. Should I continue for 3 months or may be more
Also with Glucophage what strength and for how long and when should I take and stop
How should I take myoinsitol, what strength and for how long
Please note I don't have diabetes alhamdolillah
