Irregular Periods

Question

I am 23 and unmarried. Yesterday night i had some spotting I thought it was periods I wore pad and then went to sleep. When I wake up in the morning the there was no blood on the pad and it was completely clean. Till now it's 10:35 pm there is still no bleeding. Also, I have not got my periods since 2 months. Last time I had was in Feburary. I am also taking multi vitman surbex z. Kindly guide me on that was that periods or what. And how will I get periods.

Aoa baitee u have not mention when u have your last periods.  If u are in mid of your cycle and have regular periods. Then some time u have streak of blood due to ovulation. Thanks

Most likely light period. Get yourself assessed in person by a gynaecologist so that appropriate investigations are done and treated accordingly.
