Asking For Sister, Female 25, karachi
salam..its been 1.3 yrs to marriage and since 1st day suffering from irregular periods and also have not conceived yet..period cycle length is not determined as well..sometimes its below 21 days and sometimes above 35 days..had the ultrasound done on 11th day of the cycle, below is the report..plz let me know is everything ok?...pcos are diagoned in the report but the doctor didnot say anything about it..thanks in advance

you have pCos....you need to loose 6 kg atleast for spontaneous correction of periods....take glucophage 500 mg two times for 3 to 6 months which will decrease your insulin resistance and will help in weight reduction...also do blood tests like serum FSH,LH on 2 nd day of periods and serum prolactin and TSH,fasting blood sugar
Please go for hormonal testing ( FSH, LH, prolactin, TSH ) on day 2 of cycle. Get HSG on day 7 of the cycle
