hi
your symptoms and USG report fit well into diagnosis of Polycystic ovarian disease.in this problem, women fails to release an egg during her cycle as a result no bleeding occurs. irregular periods, excessive wt , facial hair some time infertility are common features of this. The core problem here is increase production of male type hormone and increase wt.
you should get FSH/LH test and start losing some wt if you are over wt.in that case taking tablet metformin 500mg tds will be a good idea.To keep periods regular you have to either tale pill or progestogens like norethisterone 5 mg 2/3 times day for 21 days and then stop to have withdrawn bleed.
i hope this helps
