A.O.A maray periods ka issue hay last say last month bhi Asa Hua tha kay maray periods ka jo cycle hy wo 35 days ka hay per ussay bhi ziyada days ho gaye thay usay next month time pay ho gaye now I'm facing the same problem please tell me what should I do my diet is absolutely normal my weight is normal Lakin phir bhi aj 36th day hy per periods nhi huay life main pahly kabhi bhi irregular nahi huay period this is the second time

Immediately consult a nearby gynaecologist for ultrasound as sometimes cysts are produced, or polycystic ovarian syndrome develops and sometimes hormonal imbalance occurs. Don't delay get yourself examined by gynaecologist.
