Assalamu alaikum. I am having irregular menses. Every month menses get delayed to an extent that I fear pregnancy. Kindly advise what to do. This month again menses haven't yet started. May be its due to obesity. I'm 5 feet 4 and 72 kg...secondly advise when does menopause occur...

Reduce weight and take proper contraception if you don’t plan a pregnancy. Menopause can occur till 55 years in some women.
u r not obese, but overweight. menstrual irregularities at 41 or above may warrant serious issues. Get proper evaluation by visiting gynaecologist. Also take advice for long term effective contraception. tc
