Talk to Gynecologist on Insufficient Growth Of Fetus

I want to ask something my last periods date was 10th January 2021 and my wedding is on 23rd January 2 weeks after periods....and i concieve just aftr marriage ....no periods aftr marriage.... Now my concern is according to ultrasound I'm 34 weeks and 6 days pregnant....while according to my last menstrual cycle date I'm 38 weeks and 2 days pregnant My dr ask me to admit on 17th oct if there is no pain she will induce me 1st and in case of complication they will go for c sec....and i have fibroid on a lower pole of uterine wall which is just below the placenta and my dr said if baby falls down then we will go for norml delivery otherwise c sec ...i have a posterior placenta .my baby weight is 2597 grams and aftr reviewing reports she suggests me to take injections for lungs maturity of my baby....are these injections safe? Should i go for delivery on 17th oct or to wait for sometime
