Talk to Gynecologist on Inregular Periods

I got maried 6 month ago. 1st month after marriage my period start on time. 2nd month i missed my period but i wait.when third month date came near i test home pregnancy test in this test they show faint positive. after 2nd period (3rd month) date miss i visit Dr. she prescribed blood test(the result also show faint +) Second appointment she again prescribed Hcg level in blood test(in this test show no pregnancy) she tolled me that i think is miscarriage. reson immature eag. after medication period start .next month again period miss. the ultrasound report show that a cyst present in overi. again period start date 28-5-21.date 12-06-2021 ultrasound repot show bigest eag 9.3mm. please advise me.
