Talk to Gynecologist on Implantation Bleeding

i have irregular cycle and i have been trying to conceive since a year now. i didn't get my period this month but from 2 days i am observing this type if bleeding, it isn't continuous. i see it only when i wipe it with a tissue. could this be implantation bleeding??
