i have missed my menuestral cycle this month but i have pain in my lower belly and I have check with strip there is minor line of postive pregnancy but severe pain in belly legs and lower back. Kindly give me suggestion what should i do in this situation
just wait n start taking tab myfol once daily n tab panadol 1+1+1 and repeat test after one week
recheck after 1 week and take Tab. Panadol
