Asking For Self, Female 30, gujranwala
30yrs old female married since 4 years having one child 3 years old. I breastfeed to my child for 2 years at that time my prolactin was high which is normal, also had not my periods for 2 years. After quit breastfeeding, my prolactin didn't back to normal level and my cycles also not back. On investigation, found hight prolactin (100ng/ml) used brotin tablet for 3 month and prolactin came to normal range(12ng/ml) and menses got regular and after that i left medicine and my prolactin again rised up.
I dont have any other complain. weight is normal, ultra scan is okay. thyroid is also norma. no PCOS history. no irregularity of menses ever faced before marriage. no miscarriage faced.
Please answer my question will be highly obliged as i am very tensed over this.

no i dont have headache and migraine no blurred vision. periods are regular from last 3 months

salaam. high prolactin levels have many reasons....but in your case for diagnosis we need to have detailed history n examination. you are already taking optimum treatment....now concentrate on next conception.

i wanted to for how long should i try for natural conception? i didnt had my follicular activity ultrasound done. should i do that? or just try for natural pregnancy ?
