aoa, i am married my fsh level is 70 and i have hormonal issue, i am taking iron and calcium tablets plus folic acid. how can i get pregnant with this situation?

Ok I will repeat test this will be third time first time my fsh was 50 second time it was 70 that is two month ago

In that case,you dont need to repeat the test but go and see your gynaecologist to discuss these results .

W.salam. dear patient,im sorry that with this high FSH it would be difficult for u to conceive. Plz had ur AMH and pelvic ultrasound for antral follicle count. If these are also low then u will have to go for IVF.

-Dear fsh high and Amh low both can increase risks for fertility issue.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.

Balance diet with all vitamins and Minerals.
Caffeine, tobbaoo(recreational drugs) need to be avoided.

Have consultation with Dietition and one discussion with health Trainer or gym instructor for physical activities and diet chart.

But my doctor told me it is useless for me to have IVF treatment everything is useless for me.
first thing from which lab this test is done...what about your cycle....better to repeat the test from some good lab and then consult the gynaecologist with your report

THANX DOCTOR, MY CYCLE IS NORMAL AND BLEEDING IS ALSO NORMAL. BLEEDING ENDS BETWEEN 5 TO 6 DAYS. MY NATURAL MENSTURAL CYCLE STARTED AFTER MARRIAGE THAT IS WITH NO MEDICINE LIKE PROGYLUTON OR ESTRADIAL. BEFORE MARRIAGE I TOOK THESE MEDICINES FOR PERIODS NOT NATURAL PERIODS.

This high level of FSH is poor predictor of pregnancy chances. Please consult your gynaecologist for further assessment. She is in a better position to guide you if any treatment is available. Although with this level of FSH pregnancy is not less than a miracle
