Talk to Gynecologist on Hemorrhoids/anal Fissure

I'm 6 months pregnant, i had on and off constipation since the start of pregnancy. now whenever I pass stool there's blood with it and after passing stool it hurts too much, I can't even sit or lie down straight. currently using posterisan forte and taking fibo syrup for it. also taking sangobian, intig D and folic acid. what else I can do to overcome this problem?
