Heavy Bleeding

Question

I am having my withdrawal bleeding it is third day of it but the bleeding has not slowed down I took primolate N for 3 days and I\'m taking femova sachets daily (as advised by my doctor). 
Am I experiencing heavy bleeding bcs of femova? Should I stop using it?
And is it normal to have this much heavy bleeding?

continue femova.
heavy bleeding could be due to prolong amenorrhea.
u can take cap. Transamine three times a day till bleeding stops.
