I had my d&c due to miscarriage in november2020 . Uptil now i had my three periods but i am having heavy bleeding in my early days of periods. For how many time will be my cycle irregular please advise
Could you tell me more about this please ?? For how many days you bleed ?? After how many days you get your next period (number of days from one period to next) how many pads you use per day ?? Any clots or pain with period ??

uaually it happens for 2to 3 months..but some time till 5 months too.
take regular Iron and Folic acid..
Period should’ve normal uptill now it should be having normal flow . You better start Progylutone tablet one daily fir 21 days I then stop it after 21 days you will have your period restart same medicine next month on the fifth day of period forc21 day your period wil be normal then if you are still having bleeding first take Transamine capsule I cap twice daily for five days then start Progylutone

For how many days you took Duphaston and when you stop that it will cause bleeding and heavy take progylutone for a cycle that will help your harmonies to set it right

Doctor advised me to take it for 21 days but i had my periods after 15 days of its usage so discontinued it

Your cycle is quite regular . Normal cycle duration can vary between 21 and 35 days so don’t worry about that . Duphaston is not a very period friendly tablet so anticipate some irregularity after that . For heavy bleeding , I would advise you to take non hormonal tablets that are going to have least side effects for yourself. We can talk about this if you have any other queries .
