iam having severe migrane attack from morning before i always take synflex.but now i have a doubt tht iam pregnant so should i take synflex or any other plz recommend

If you think your are pregnant acetaminophen or panadol is the safest pain medicine that you can use. Although synflex should specifically be avoided in the last trimester it is still better if you don't use it in early pregnancy too.

hi dr took calpol which helps little for that and iam.having very uti burning and pain while urinating drinking cranmax from 4 days but still same pain wht to do dont want to take antibiotics because allergic with ciprfroxin,penicilin.and is strip reliable or go for beta hcg and after how many days results come in strip or in test plz reply sorry for taking ur time

Calpol is a good pain killer and also safe to take in pregnancy. For UTI , you should take plenty of fluids and water, continue cranmax, and if no improvement get a urine DR. Home pregnancy test with strip could be done 3 to 4 days after a missed period, in most cases if positive it would show, a blood beta HCG could be done even the day after a missed period and it gives a confirmed result.
