Definite diagnosis can be established only after examination but if everything is ok on testing, it seems to be gastric/ stress induced. Use tab xopent 20 mg twice daily before meals.
If there is excessive weight gain, no thyroid problem, no hypertension, no anaemia or hernia, do mild to moderate abdominal exercise to tone up abdominal muscles
if ultrasound is normal take risek and antacids if problem still continues check with your doctor
