Sometimes need to go laparoscopy to see endometriosis
On ultrasound there is suspicion of endometriosis, but it's confirmed only by laproscopy
Endometriosis can be diagnosed on the Ultrasound. It has a specific appearance on the ultrasound which is a ground glass appearance

no endometriosis cant be diagnosed through simple or any ultrasound...but yes effects of endometriosis can be diagnosed like if it has involved ureters then kidneys gt swollen,if ovaries then complex chocolate cysts diagnosis can b given...so fr actual diagnosis and grading laproscopy is performed under GA...again Ca 125 is also raised but it also becums non specific if u dont knw why it has been advised...so thru laproscopy is the only diagnostic technique for endometriosis

meri cyst bari thi or endometrial thi to dr ny mjy laproscopy suggest ki....????? ??? kal meri laproscopy ho gaie and every thing is normal...now with next month dr start my fertility treatment

Aoa.mainly history and laparoscopy are diagnostic .but if u have chocolate cyst detected on ultrasound then suspicion is high.
