this is a very mild and subtle change that is mentioned..it can reverse itself or progress...if progressive and the cortical thickness it reduced than 1 cm then it is better to terminate the pregnancy...and if it spontaneously resloved then back to normal management...

Alhamdullillah! VM reduced to 11 mm from 14mm within 17 days. Please pray for normal range. Is it still matter of worry or not?
