Talk to Gynecologist on Gynecologist

Salam Dr. I am married since 2019. It's been 1 year and 9 months. I haven't conceive till now. I got myself checked from Dr Arshad Chohan in lahore 3 months ago. They have done my ultrasound. And said it is all ok. They just gave me adfolic and glucophage 500 mg twice a day. They also done semen Analysis of my husband and we get to know from the report that he has 100% abnormal sperms. His sperms shapes are all round heads that's why i can't conceive. My period cycle is regular and egg size are also good but i can't conceive due to my husband's issue. Dr gave him some medicines but there is no improvement in his report after taking medicines from 3 months. Dr Arshad Chohan advised us to make our minds for test tube baby. I am so confused that is test tube is the only way to go for in our case. I can't afford test tube and plz advice me is there any other quick medications for this issue.
