Asking for Wife, Female, 31 years old, Peshawar
Please needs your kind guidance. My wife is suffering from pain in her right lower side of belly from last night and low bleeding but bleeding was only for sometime. It's her 1st trimester of pregnancy. So is it worriable or not? Someone has suggested her gravibinan injection, Tab Nospa, and cap transmain

She needs to visit gynaecologist for ultrasound and if dr advises then take medication....this issue should not be ignored.
assalam o alaikum.
she should take cyclogest pessary 400 mg per rectally at night time and inj gravibion intramuscularly weekly on safe side.
take folic acid daily.
avoid strenuous work,proper bed rest and healthy diet and stay well hydrated.
any urinary symptoms or any other complain?

Tap transamine should not be taken in pregnancy as they encourage clott formation and pregnant women is already at increased risk of clot formation , if she continues to take it she might develop clot in her legs, Did she had a ultrasound what are the findings
