I had a c section 2 months before had my first periods in 6th Sep that ended on day fourth had spotting for 2 days then gone I had an intercourse then started bleeding again with pain in my lower belly it continued for 2 days then stopped after 3 days started again b still bleeding why is it so need help..!

The bleeding that started after intercourse is not normal and you need to be evaluated for the cause of this bleeding. If it does not stop in a day or two you should see your gynecologist and you may need an ultrasound pelvis and some hlood tests to find out the reason for this bleeding.
