Talk to Gynecologist on Gynecological

Aoa. My wife gave birth to a baby boy on 26th April Alhamdulilah. It was a normal delivery but a lot of stitches. After 40 days she had vaginal bleeding and then a yellowish fluid was kept discharging that comes brownish sometimes. Yesterday she again had bleeding and discharge of fluid is still there. Please guide me what to do and what it is? Thanks
