Asking for Self, Female, 26 years old, gujranwala
aoa i am unmarried age 26 i have endometrial cyst size 10*8*6 cm with bilateral adhesions. no pain. i was suggested zoladex for 6 months or surgery. currently i am not taking any medicine. please let me know best treatment option. along with detail of expenses . also if operation is option tell me trained doctors who would perform operation in reasonable fee, preserving my ovary and no any harm to ovary or fertility. my report of ultrasound is given below. i have no pain. if i can be treated without operation please suggest.

salam, i would strongly suggest to see a reputable gynecological doctor who can help with the concrete diagonals and advised the treatment.
there are many treatments out there but you need to be assessed and then advice should be given.

Today i went to doc she says k ur pregnancy is 1 1/2 month and there is no progress.
