Asking for Self, Female, 27 years old, Lahore
I had missed abortion ( first pregnancy) 1.5 month back. I aborted through conservative management (cytotec). In my last scan for RPOCs, there was a 1mm clot seen and my doctor told me that it will be expelled in next periods. Now, i am on my periods. I am planning to try to conceive after my periods end. Do i need to get a scan for rpocs again before trying? Thank You!

you can conceive .start folic acid
No don't go for ultrasound. U can try for conception. just start taking tab folic acid 5mg daily. tc
no need for scan ... just take tab. folic acid 1 daily n try for conception

Dear no need for ultrasound regarding preconception just start folic acid 400microgm daily If weight more try to reduce it if any other problem BP or diabetes control it.
