I am 32 weeks pregnant my vitamin at 24 weeks was 24ng/ml so I had one stat capsule of vitamin D sunny D 200000IU.Now at 32 weeks I had my vitamin d level as 29.2ng/ml.now another dose of vitamin d 200000IU can be taken at 32 weeks? Thank you
