My husband and I are trying for a baby this month, I got my tests done on the 10th day of my cycle. I also did get my ultrasound on the 11th day and it was all normal, they didn’t tell me about any dominant follicle. Can you please check and tell me if I’ll be ovulating this month? when does the follicle become dominant? Thank you.
you need to have ultrasound on 11th or 13th day of cycle to see dominant follicle

what day of cycle were these tests done? serum progesterone is done on day 21 of cycle. if it is so, then there is no ovulation,. rest of tests are within range.

These tests including progesterone was done on day 10th. Ultrasound was done on the 11th.
Should I get the progesterone done on the 21st? I’m on my day 18th today.
