Talk to Gynecologist on Gynaecologist And Obstetrics

as salaam o alaikum I m a mother of 3.75 years baby boy who was born through c sec. now I m 19 weeks pregnant having low lying placenta (as indicated in last scan on 13 weeks) and my Dr ask me to cut off sugar from my diet. now I m having mild continuous pain at the junction of right thigh and Pvt part . pain is intense when I try to stand up from sitting or lying position . I m also having mild lower abdominal pain and increased vaginal discharge . my gynaecologist ask me to come after 21 weeks with anomaly scan . what should I do ? should I rush to Dr or can wait till 11 Feb. attaching my reports . Last scan was done on 12 Dec
