I had my baby through c section around 11 months ago... since the very next day I started walking and after a month I started sitting on floor. Like I used to perform prayer without using chair. The thing is since last few weeks I m feeling shooting pain in my incision area. The pain is not on scar, it is within the skin. I don’t know the reason behind it. Can someone please help me out here. PS My baby is on ebf since day one. Few weeks back I picked up a baby who was around 13kgs

Salam u can take a pain killer for the time being and get ur ultrasound done to determine the cause of pain in scar Thanks and take care
Please avoid picking up heavy things for atleast 18 months after surgery. Use abdominal belt along with Tab chymerol forte and ponstan forte. If the situation remains same then you will need further evaluation by ultrasound.
take painkiller. u can take tab ponston fort 500 three times a day.
