Asking for Self, Female, 23 years old, Karachi
I am married with a history of one miscarriage and starts taking medicine to conceive from this month. My doctor prescribed me IVFC 5000 inj. Which i took for 2 days Saturday and Sunday. Today I am having too much pain on lower right side is this sign of ovulation or what??

It could be sign of ovulation but it's very important to rule out ovarian hyperstimulation.
Please report to your treating doctor for ultrasound scan and management.
yes it can b and u can take painkiller.
ASsalam o alaikum.this injection actually stimulates the ovary to over produce eggs.side effects include abdominal pain but also ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.
u must go for ultrasound and connect with your gynaecologist

if your pain has not subsided yet, have ultrasound scan to rule out ovarian hyperstimulation.
