Im a dr myself and primigravida and have a few querries from worthy gynaecologists. 1)is induction necessary?what if i choose natural pains?can they harm me or my baby? 2)is episiotomy absolutely necessary?and u give to all primies or cn i choose nt to have it?anyone here who doesnt do it? 3)can i choose water birth?is it available in pakistan? 4)do u use opoid analgesic during svd?what possible harm cn it hv on the baby?
