Talk to Gynecologist on Gynae Problem

I have white coating Inside my labia and around clitoral hood. It is not much visible to naked eye but It can be scratched and collects like a cottage cheese type of material and colour. No smell or odour. Very less itching maybe once or twice a day but not much. I have tried to scratch it off and wash but it forms again. Taken Fungone (Fluconazole) 150mg single dose on 19th Oct. followed by cranmax 1 sachet daily for 5 days. It is slightly less but still there. Sometimes I have discharge also but main problem is this whitish coating. Why is this coating forming Again and again? Please help how to get rid of it. I have pcos but didn’t have this problem before. Few months before I started noticing greasiness in the area upon washing and then this white coating started forming. Please help.
