Talk to Gynecologist on Gynae Periods

Asking on behalf of a friend. She had her normal periods on 23-07-21 and it was all normal but today after approx 14 days 05-08-2021. She has got periods again. This is veri questioning why and how is this happening. Isn't it too early for a new period?
