Talk to Gynecologist on Gynacology

Please post it annon I got married 6 years ago, my first pragnency was all okay, no complication just had a c section and had a healthy baby boy. We tried for second time i got pragnent again but at 4rth month i started bleeding a little bit, went to the doctor she said baby is not normal, its scalp is not formed properly we have to abort it, so doctr induced me and with normal delivery aborted the baby.we tried for the third time and got pregnent again, and this time it was an ectopic pregnency, My fellopian tube ruptured and i went through a surgery and my tube was removed. Its been 2 year since the surgery, we are trying to conceive but nothing, we tried every time, nothing. I took homeo medicines as well as other medicines. Please recommend something we are very frustrated now.
