I couldn't see the attachment of your report.. rise in ESR and WBC count of a otherwise healthy pregnant woman is a normal physiological change up to a certain range for pregnancy. For a pregnant woman with values above expected range and clinical symptoms of fever with any associated systemic complaints could be problematic.
