Talk to Gynecologist on Growth On Rectum

I have lumps/growths on my rectal opening since 6 7 years and the butt hole gets frequent tears in the skin and they hurt every time i have to poop. Please suggest as to what it could be and what should i do about it. There used to be occasional bleeding some years back but only when i would push too hard and some tissues would peel off the opening of rectum as well. But this doesn't happen anymore.
