Docter sahib mujhy frequent urination ka issue hia 6 saal pehle mein brain ki medicine use krte thi jis ka name Naze 0.5 mg hai or RIVORTIL Us k bad se ab tk mujhy urination ka bar bar anay ka masla hai plz koi exercise ya medicine bta den jis se theek ho jaye.. kahein ana jana ho to masla hota hai isi waja se travel krne mein bht zada mushkil hote hai ghr mein to zada feel nhi hota aur ye masla raat ko kam he hai..
