Talk to Gynecologist on For Gynecologist

Pls don't mention my identity, it's very embarrassing for me to ask but I need help. We are trying to conceive for 3rd baby. I was perfectly normal but then my husband moves abroad. Now whenever he comes (usually aft 6 mons) and we tried, the following month's periods are very painfull for me. I have to suffer for a day or two with severe back pain and a lot of pressure on uterus like something will burst inside. And when the menses comes, I get fine from the 2nd day. It is happening every time, otherwise I always have painless periods. I visited my gynecologist twice. She checked me during the pains, did the ultrasound as well. Everything is normal, can any of you pls help me out.
