pictures not uploading so in report 29mm and 28mm fibroids shows and also mention pelvic infection plz consider medicines 💊 for that infection

Aoa these are small size fibroid .if they are not effecting your mensuration so no need to worry .and no need for any kind of operation .and if you want to plan pregnancy plz go for pregnency .check up.
